Relaxed noodle restaurant in Burwood Chinatown. I had the tomato soup with sliced beef which comes with some pickled vegetables, fungi and quail eggs. The tomato broth is quite light and a bit under salted. Noodles were nice and chewy. The beef serving is quite small and is just standard hot pot beef meat.
This place is recently open but surprised that I am the first to review it as it is very popular.Ample seating here and you Oder and the table.What I tried was that tomatoe soup based model that had sliced beef, mushrooms, coriander, seaweed and Cabbage. The broth was like and the serving generous. Served in a hotpot and word of warning its hot as. Give it a breather before diggin in.They also has spicy options can pick of toppings like Pork balls and spam!
I had the tomato soup base yesterday and fell in love with it and I come back again !!! This time I come back with some friends. This new noodle place I can say the best in Burwood. The noodle is so smooth and slurpy too. Unfortunately I think they should put more meat for the price they charge but you can order more and will cost you $3 extra.
