Came here for brekky on Monday morning with my husband. You order at the counter and take a seat inside or on the balcony. It’s a really good menu and was a tricky choice but I got the pea haloumi fritters with poached eggs which were delicious. I ordered a large latte for $4.50 and it came in a massive mug. Check out the board for specials like bacon and egg roll with coffee for under $10.
I have had good poached eggs and bacon in my life but I must say Aquarius is the best amongst them all. The only suggestion I have for them is to have rosemary oil for dressing.

Coffee was great too but the service could be quicker. If they could improve the service speed then I’d say this is one of the best cafe in Byron!
