I had the Classic Cheeseburger $10, a Wood and Stone draft beer and a bowl of chips with house salt $6 while I was here. The young American waiter at the shop front was very welcoming and friendly.I thought the burger tasted good and it has great flavour but I had better. The bun wasn’t shiny and soft like I expected.I did not like the chips, the house salt apparently comes with dried rosemary. I usually like chips with fresh rosemary just not the dried form. However the flavour of the chips wasn’t great. Neither was the texture. They were not super crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside like the best chips should be.The beer was nice though.Classic Chessburger 3.5/5Chips 2/5
The burgers and chips here are pretty good and when they do specials like chicken wings it’s pretty delicious. We found it’s not super expensive but when you add a burger, chips and drink together it’s not the cheapest.
Huge burgers but were so delicious! Lots to choose from so there will be something for everyone. Chips were really nice too. Only complaint is that the plates were way too small so the burger juices and what fell out went everywhere.
