I live in Brisbane and I discovered their GF bread about a year ago at a wedding that I attended in Byron Bay. It is to die for! My husband often treks down  for me to pick up bread which I freeze. I am just wondering now whether or not Paul is making GF hot cross buns. I trip is imminent i expect as soon as I can confirm. Love his bread rolls, raisin bread and cheese twists.
The place or the food isn’t much to look at, but I need to admit my custard tart was pretty good. Although the custard to crumb ratio was a little off (not much custard), it was delicious. You could tell the custard was made with real egg, and it was delightfully cold. I like that they also provide the nutritional information for their products.
Too good!. Absolutely kills me knowing that I can’t just run up the street everyday for a loaf of gluten free bread that tastes like a little bit of heaven! Honestly incredible!
My mum bought back the gluten free bread and OH MY GOLLY GOSH the best thing I’ve ever eaten! I can no longer eat bread from anywhere else, the worst part is I live in woolgoolga so it’s not assessable!
