Traditional Boat Noodles : Amazing Rice Ball Salad : Amazing Tom Yum : Amazing Mixed Papaya Salad : Amazing Pad Thai : Amazing Hands down one of the best Thai Restaurants I have ever been to. The authenticity of the food reminds me of being back in Thailand and the service is great. Great value for money. If youre craving Thai in Cabramatta, youd be silly not to go here.
Having done 1 of my early morning walks n a long dr to cabra, i somehow ended up in one of the many food courts in the area. With my hands full of prev food purchases, my predicament helped curtail further impulsive buys but i was a little bewildered by the choices avail at the time as well. A cornerstone of impassive review is to avoid reading previous reviews, not that bad reviews would deter me at the time, what with an array of spread displayed in the bain-marie. Thai sausage 3.75/5, nope it did not taste like chinese lap cheong, nor did it taste similar. Chorizo? Nope. Aussie bbq sausage? Nope. Hb amureecan hotdog? Far from it. Hint: it contains caramelized rice n pork, nope it is unlike korean rice sausage. Pork rib ‘curry’ 3.75/5, another star. Slow cooked pork melt in mouth (tendons included) in full on spicy flavourful gravy. I have barely scratched the surface of their numerous offerings. Which means a return is on the cards. Which throws up another quandary for me, do i get the thai sausage n pork rib curry again or sumthin else? Gotta luv 1st world probs.
Seafood pad see ew for $11.50 was so generous, had to buy a takeaway box for 50cents. Plenty of calamari and prawns, not enough soy sauce but overall, good value for money. Location is good and service was friendly.
Food court fare that will remind you of the streets of Bangkok. The picture menu plastered around this food court stall helps you select a fav Thai dish. Boat noodles is a classic dish you’ll find in Thailand, ordering a bowl will transport you there. The generous sized chicken curry is rich and full of flavour. reviewinfive.com
