They serve sushi rice burgers or you can choose charcoal black buns with various tastes like beef cheese burger, grilled pork belly, teriyaki chicken etc… In addition they have Northern Vietnamese style street food for example the amazing Bun-Cha that famous chef Antony Bourdain took US president Obama to try in Hanoi.
I actually really like this place. The staff are so nice, the atmosphere is great and the menu is affordable but yum. When I came I ordered off a separate menu with other items besides the original rice burgers ( burgers, toast etc) and honestly I prefer these items more. The burger I got was really tasty and quite unique. The lychee ice team was perfect as well! Would come again for the ice tea!
Seeing a modern restaurant in Cabramatta was sure a surprise. The pork belly rice burger did not lack flavour, but was sure a confusing flavour combination. It was marinated in lemon grass and other flavourings, but had a smoky cheese on top. Which personally, wrecked the whole burger.Furthermore, the rice patty was not crispy but soaked all the meats juices and sauce. But I did like the unami flavour of the seaweed. Chips were great!
Ive been here a few times, and I do enjoy their meals. The best one Ive had here was their Pork Belly Burger. This was the most flavoursome one and was very tasty. Their Salmon Burger is not as great. It tasted kind of bland. You can order a meal that comes with a Burger and Chips for $13 and $14 with a drink. I would recommend buying a meal, because their shoestring fries are quite good. It is crunchy and has good seasoning. The special thing about this place is their Rice Buns. When eaten on its own, it is quite bland, so make sure you take a bite of the whole burger. It is quite crunchy and makes an exciting experience because of its uniqueness. The ambience of the place is very chill. It is highly decorated, which can be a little confronting, but it looks quite nice. Staff is also very friendly.
