Having recently fallen in love with malatang I’m the winter months, I’m thrilled to be adding Mama Tang to my collection of my new obsession. In Cabramatta, an area known for amazing Asian eats, is Mamatang – a humble but popular malatang restaurant serving this delicious soup-based cuisine, with a southeast Asian touch. With four different types of broth, each especially and equally delicious, you will definitely be coming back to try more, and even though it’s spring now, I believe any weather calls for this heart warming dish.
