One of the very few places that opens at 5:30 am in cabra serving congee n fish cake noodle soup. I didnt feel like congee so had the fish cake noodle (vermicelli) soup 2.75/5. Perfect for the tail end of a brisk cold winter morning. It came in a clear broth w different kinds of fish cakes, raw veg n lemongrass. Slightly sweet n tangy (because of lemon squeeze). Rating it 3/5 for its early open.
If anyone go to Nha Trang Vietnam and in love with Nha Trang Style Vietnamese fish noodle soup then Nha Trang Cafe will be right place for them to try. Used to be other restaurant also have good Vietnamese fish noodle soup at Bankstown but then close long ago. They also do Vietnamese Pork Organs Congee/Porridge (Chao Long) best in Cabramatta area
