Flawless service and good food! The wings and drumsticks were juicy and coated with just enough Chili BBQ sauce. When ordering wings you do get a complementary platter which pairs perfectly! The Original Bao & The Braised pork boa were both nice. I do recommend the original Bao. The Sichuan noodles were okay with braised pork, the noodles were nice, but the broth lacked in flavour which made the whole dish a little disappointing.
As far as service goes, Papa Dos is always an A+. The place reflects a desire to continually upgrade the menu and to look at various promotions to keep customers happy and drawn in. Chicken is always perfectly cooked with moist meat and a crunchy coating. They also have various sauces that pair beautifully with the chicken. Overall, always a good option for when youre craving fried chicken in the area
Melbournian here! I am so impressed with the service at Papa Dos! Its very difficult to infuse Vietnamese dishes but these guys knew what they were doing.The drumstick and the thigh piece was crispy and juicy on the inside! We were recommended with the fish sauce which definitely tasted better than the spicy bbq! The chicken Mac bao was tasty! You could tell they knew how to make their actual bao bun!The service provided was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive! The atmosphere was perfect, great place to hang.I hope you guys can come down to Melbourne! Thank you for having us!Take your lover, friends and family here for perfect Vietnamese fusion fried chicken!!
