Came and ordered the Special Beef Noodle Soup (pho dac biet) and Lemon Soda Drink (soda chanh – drink made from lime juice sweetened with sugar). Every time I eat pho, I always pay attention to the broth (its the most important part of the dish!). Thats how you determine which pho is good. This pho was decent (wasnt amazingly good but it wasnt bad either). The broth had that light simmering broth taste to it and it had a nice balance of salt. The tripe was chewy but both the tripe and meat wasnt too tough. The lemon soda was refreshingly sweet but also had a tangy taste. The owner was really friendly (liked to joke around and provided great service!). The place was really busy so it was really noisy and because I had to share a small table with other strangers it was a really tight space. Price was average (Pho was $12 for a reasonably sized portion but soda drink was quite cheap for $3).

fast food. Not the best pho I’ve ever had but pretty cheap. Took a lot of effort to get wait staff attention and have our order taken. My beef had a slightly unwelcome flavour to it.

Decided to give Pho 54 a go today for some lunch. Upon entrance, the room isn’t spectacular or modern. Decor is quite dated which I would expect as this restaurant has been around for a long time. We were served very quickly and today ordered the Com tam bi soun cha (pork chop with rice and other things) The taste of the dish was standard. Would have preferred the pork chop to have been grilled rather than pan fried. One problem I had was there was no soup provided with the dish which seems to be a staple with this dish around cabramatta. Overall, decent food.

This place have one of best Pho in Sydney. Small restaurant in Cabramatta but most of the time busy. You also can order other food. This place close for few time a year so staff could enjoy holiday. So better plan for other option if they not open

My favourite pho shop in this country. The only problem is the quantity. Always felt missing a bit to reach top satisfaction. Menu is small but there is really only 1 item worth going for every time.

Yum! One of the best places to get pho. It’s a small restaurant and it’s nothing too fancy but the pho is delicious! The food comes out fast every time! Don’t expect too much from the service but that’s how most places are around Cabramatta.

Over 3 decades and still going strong, same owners. The owners have opted to stay at their 10 table location under the Cabra gate, going for longevity rather than a quick buck. It’s pho, pho, pho in different combos. The broth is sweet and you get to chose fresh or lightly blanched sprouts. It’s a great bowl, it’s just easy to miss this place amongst the General Cabra buzz. reviewinfive.com
