Red lea is famous for their hot chips, crispy fried chicken and chicken chippies. You cant get past it when you see a sea of school students eating them throughout Cabramatta. There hot chips are amazing when freshly fried and topped off with generous amounts of chicken salt and paprika. Sometimes disappointing when its cold chips.
