Sydney Best Dim Sim definitely ranks amongst the top when it comes to dim sims and har gow (prawn dumplings). A little outlet which sells dim sims individually or in bulk packs of 50 is hands down the best tasting in Cabramatta at a fraction of the cost as well. Of course, it lacks variety as it isn’t a yum cha restaurant, but it still has other options such as chicken feet available for purchase. The problem I have with this place is they have increased their prices twice in a period of 2 years! The price increase hasn’t been minimal as well. It’s increased approximately 20%! Love the dim sims and har gow here, but can’t seem to see how they can just keep increasing their prices.
