  I went purely for the omakase set menu. When I called to reserve there was no mention of limited seating and the advanced notices needed. Not a single staff mentions this until I was seated down and asked for the set menu was I told that this was all booked. It was a very disappointing birthday dinner for my wife. Food were deceny for the price charged but I think the whole expectation meeting reality on the reservation bit brought down everything else. Note to owner, train your staff to always ask customers if your signature menu is what they wanted and offer assistance and set the right level of expectation. Adding to the disappointment was that one of the staff stuffed up the order. Was not a pleasant experience.

  Now this is what I call a handroll. It’s packed with my holy trinity of favourites: ootoro tuna belly, uni sea urchin roe and ikura salmon roe. The tuna belly slice is enormous too, extending for much of the length of the cone. I almost wept as I ate this. It was ridiculously good.

  Beyond my expectation! I had omakase and food was amazing. Sashimi so fresh and dessert included. Service was first class. Nice and chill ambience will suit anniversary or private birthday party.
