Average to poor food with the added bonus of giving us all food poisoning overnight. The toilet seems to be modelled from ‘Trainspotting’.Avoid unless you hate your job and want to be signed off work for a few days.
Came here just to get a quick lunch takeaway and food was just as expected from an older style chicken shop. Only a handful of whole cooked chickens to be seen, unlike Chargrilled Charlie’s where they are constantly selling and replenishing and baking new stock! Think all of the customers here dining in were young males looking to appease healthy appetites; chicken burgers w chips seemed to be the popular choice. Good variety of salads too. Nice interior and seems like this place is yet to reach its full potential!
Chicken is as bad as the staff’s attitude. Asked them how long will it take to make a fresh one since the ones ready are looking rather old and told them that we got one before that tasted old and hard. Staff rudely brushed off the feedback and laughed saying we can’t say its old. This place should shut down if they’re not interested in serving good food and getting customers in. Give the oversized space they’re occupying on the street to someone else.
Terrible food and service. Very unhygienic. I ordered a chicken roll and was the only one in the place. Not only did it take over ten minutes, when I went to get the roll the man who was making it wasn’t wearing gloves or a hair net. He then dropped in on the ground and tried to give it to me as ‘only a bit of it touches the ground’. Disgusting
What a huge disappointment. I was just after something quick and healthy, with no intention to order chips – but lucky to did. Couldn’t finish the salad, served old tasteless with unappetizing chicken. Grilled chicken tasted dry and overly seasoned. The chips on the hand cooked to perfection – but can you really get hot chips wrong? johombsch.com
Food is very nice and fresh. Love the chicken with the different sauces they have to offer and always fresh salads to go with that. Great location and great prices will be back
