Firstly i tried to order via email, they didn’t respond after two days so i called & ordered a cake with two plaques & wanted to pay over the phone, the lady was rude on the phone & said they dont do payment over the phone & told me to order online. So i went online then i wasnt able to add two plaques so i called back & the same lady said I would have to order through her. I confirmed the order with her twice. I told her to make sure there are two plaques because the person picking it up for me will not know the details. The cake turns up with no plaques & i am left frustrated. Will not go there again, owner has changed, customer service is bad!
