My favourite place to eat when it comes to Cantonese Chinese style food in Campsie. I love almost every noodle dishes they make there and more. Must try.
Just normal Cantonese food. Service ok, food ok.
Went there with my partner for sunday dinner and ordered a tofu with seafood beancurd hotpot and a pork chop with onion tomato sauce on rice. Delicious and authentic! Ample portion at under $40. They give free tea, soup, orange and red bean dessert. Barely able to walk after the meal. Would return with bigger group but would certainly book before hand.
Average tasting Chinese food with average service. Went for lunch with the family and got the lunch specials for only $9.80-$10.80 eachthe decor isn’t bad and is quite busy during lunch times
Home of good quality Cantonese cuisine at a budget price. The place is packed with Chinese customers on any given night and that’s certainly a good sign. Set menus are family friendly, economical and a sure fire way to get a good taste of what this restaurant has to offer. Service is polite but can be slightly lacking on their busy nights. Food is prepared quickly and portions are reasonable. Free range chicken on a bed of jelly fish is a must order and has become somewhat of a signature. Soup and fresh fruits are complimentary as is often customary in Cantonese restaurants. It is no lie that I am a fan of Cantonese cuisine and have eaten a LOT of it in my life time. So take my word for it when I say this place does not disappoint. It may not be the best, but it’s definitely bang for your buck!
A local chinese restaurant that my family frequently visits. Always busy and a large selection on their menu. Food is tasty and fresh but sometimes a hit and miss. They always have a special deal on lobster or crab, so make sure you ask them what the special is for the night. We had the lobster with ginger and shallot on a bed of noodles, we ordered the e fu noodles but it came with thin egg noodles instead. It was quite bland and oily but every other dish was good. I recommend the Japanese beef, pork chop with honey and black pepper sauce, Shandong chicken and the combination tofu hot pot. Make sure you make a reservation as they are really busy on weekends. Also, if they are really busy on the night food could take up to an hour wait, I have, on an occasion, walked out after ordering and waiting for 1 hour for our food.
