First time here with my partner tonight. We ordered a chicken pad Thai and a Tom yum soup. There was only one other pair in the whole restaurant when we arrived at 8pm, which the waitress had time to constantly check up on us. The food reached our table in 5 or so minutes, very quickly. Tasted nice but my only concern is the food handling. Tonight was my very first time I’ve seen my partner throw up. We eat out every week and it’s not his first time having Tom Yum soup either. I quickly got the attention of the waitress to bring me a bucket, she gave me a plastic bag and after 15minutes of taking care of him, there was no sympathy or follow up care in that matter for my partner’s reaction and he was very noticeably hurling! When we left, she said simply, ‘thank you’. I’m very hurt with this careless customer service. Partner states he will return but I’m sorry Tan Thai, you won’t be seeing us again as I cannot risk another episode of this.

Agree with the previous reviewer, with do much competition out there in terms of Thai food,this is below the standard! Nothing I ate stood out everything was what you can get anywhere. Service is friendly but food comes out slowly,Prices and portion size is decent. The interior is a little bit different with the photos on the wall and cartoons Overall not for me,disappointed
Very ordinary. Average to below average Thai food that doesn’t really compare to some of the competition within a ten minute drive or available for home delivery to locals.However, it could be a whole lot worse. Restaurant ambience and customer service is good.
