This was one of the eateries selected by Fairfield City Council for me to experience as part of a series of marketing videos featuring yours truly and promoting postcode 2166; the place is famous for its intriguing take on Vietnamese beef pho – the beef slices are stir-fried with garlic and butter before being added to the bowl of noodles. It is apparently a regional iteration of pho, and I’ve never tasted anything like it. Definitely a must-try if you visit. They are also famous for their fried flaky spring rolls, though I didn’t try them because I don’t eat pork 🙂
