The master chef learned his Chinese cuisine from several Executive Chefs who have worked for 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. He also worked for 15 years in many first-class Cantonese Seafood Restaurants in Melbourne before moving to Sydney. His specialties are the Lobster and Crab dishes. I had egg noodle soup (tasty) with crispy skin chicken (delicious and crispy). The serving size was generous and the chicken was so yummy especially with the fish sauce poured over it. The cost was $12. A very good price for the serving size.
