Being new to the area and a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I was keen to find a local restaurant that would become my ‘go to’. This is it. The food was fresh and delicious and so reasonably priced. The owner was friendly and it was great to hear about how the business came about. I’ll be back and will be bringing others.
Newly opened, Anh Oot offers a range of Vietnamese dishes. We had the Hu Tieu My Tho (clear rice noodle with pork) and the Com Ga Don (crispy chicken rice). I’d recommend the Hu Tieu, the broth was perfect and is the game changer for me. My boyfriend had the Com Ga Don, he complimented the super crispy chicken skin (you can see in the picture that the skins flares up). Also get yourself the lychee cider, it was so yummy!!! Will definitely be back to try the recommended vermicelli with prawn paste, grilled pork and spring rolls!
