Tried the hot bread. Bread was ok, sizeable, but not as crusty as those used in other Vietnamese bakeries I’ve visited. Generous on the filling, however, I’m not really used to having lettuce and onion in the versions I’ve had previously from Springvale and Footscray (Melbourne). Pate tasted good, and the perfect amount of chilies was in the roll. They were a bit too generous with the soy sauce. At $6 a roll, this is quite expensive, again, especially when compared to Springvale and Footscray. Would I come again? Probably if I were too lazy to travel elsewhere and had a craving for hot bread.
