Wednesday’s $1 Wings are a must if you can find the door I’ll tell you a secret its behind the fridge door. I couldn’t get enough the other week. I nearly had a wing off with my missues as we fought it out for the last one. The Wings had a nice flavour to them, which was a match made in heaven with the Ranch sauce. Sorta wished I ordered more but theres always next time! We also had their Tacos, loaded fries and a hotdog. The tacos a always a good pick especially on a tuesday! Loaded fries and the hot dog were nice as well.
This was the first time I’ve had food delivered by deliveroo. I put in my order around 12.40 and received my meal about an hour later, still warm.We had the hot wings, Huxley burger, and the rib combo. The wings were not too spicy, had a nice kick to it. Was good on its own, even better with the blue cheese dip. Also tried it with the Huxley sauce, but I do prefer the blue cheese sauce. The burger was tasty, but to be honest there was nothing particularly spectacular about it. The ribs were really delicious, I preferred the pork ribs because the beef ribs were slightly on the dry side. The coleslaw wasn’t great, the dressing needs a bit more flavour to it, but maybe I just don’t appreciate proper food, as my favourite coleslaw is still from KFC…. The waffle fries were really good, great texture and seasoning! Amongst the waffle fries I did spot a bit of aluminium (?) pictured below, which kind of took away from the experience. Overall, flavours of the meal were good.
