Average at best. Bit disappointed with my Friday evening meal here. we had a shared entree, butter chicken and a lamb tandoori curry. each was average at best, could easily do a lot better at home, all a fair bit on the bland side. seemed to lack a bit of effort, no depth to the flavours.i don’t mean to sound harsh, the food wasn’t bad, we finished each serve, but considering the competition within walking distance i don’t think i will be back. sorry guys.
We found this place by accident, & fell in love instantly. Now we go about once a month when the mood strikes. Service always very good & the menu has some great options if you wish to avoid the usual butter chickens etc.
Very disappointed. We went there after reading all this good comments about this restaurant, but I wouldn’t go there again. Food was bland, cold and didn’t look and taste like massala or korma at all.

Yumo. Best Indian in the shire. We have been going here for a few years now and my mouth still waters whenever i think about the food. Highly recommended. The food is always very fresh and service is always with a smile. A lovely family run business.
Delicious food, completely Byo and great hosts make this a top pick when you’re craving Indian. Just don’t believe the waiter when they claim that ordering ‘Indian hot’ is too hot!
The best Indian in the Shire. The tandoori combination is amazing. Really friendly service and it’s BYO.
