Absolutely love this pizza! The ingredients are so fresh, always arrives super fast and super hot, definitely the best pizza in the area. If you dont order a Texas Pulled Pork and Slaw pizza, youre doing it wrong! Really interesting toppings and so much better than any chain. They also have a loyalty program so you can earn points, we get a free pizza every few orders.
Great selection of pizzas, and by far the best tasting pizzas I have ever had bit more expensive than dominos or Pizza Hut, but you get what you pay for and carlingford gourmet pizza is worth it. Will not get pizza from anywhere else again
Amazing pizza, so good in fact, you can feel the love that it is made with. The Gourmet Pizza selections are brilliant as well as delicious! Strongly recommend the Deli Delight and Ceaser pizzas.
This place has decent pizza and i would rate it higher but i dont think its fair to charge $2 for any extra topping.. onion.. spring onion.. pineapple… $2? I can buy a whole onion for 50 cents. A whole can of pineapple for $1.50 and a sping onion is under $2 which they could use on 20 pizzas… and when you subtract a topping the price doesn’t subtract. I’d go here a lot more often if the toppings were $1 or i could customize my own pizza.
Initially I was quite excited as Carlingford Gourmet Pizza had a bunch of unique vegetarian pizza options. Unique and a lot more creative than the usual margherita or veggie supreme that most places have. And inspiration taken from all over the world, e.g. India, South Korea, Mexico.Placed the order of El Paso (beans, tomato, house made Mexican salsa base, topped with corn chips and fresh bocconcini, served with guac), Its all about Seoul (shallots, Spanish onions, marinated capsicum and tofu topped with kimchi and pickled ginger on a spicy siracha sauce base), with a vegetarian lasagne and garden salad. The salad and lasagne were both pretty normal, although they sure did add a lot of chunky vegetables in the lasagne. All pizzas come in 4 sizes starting from small, medium, large, and family. I probably should have known better but small really was small. So it turns out theyre not that cheap either if you were to go with a more decent size of medium and above. El Paso doesnt sound too different from other Mexican pizzas around (apart from excluding meat), but it didnt really have the punchy Mexican flavours I was expecting. Overall pretty bland and dry, although the corn chips made for a nice crunch. If there had been more of the salsa base it probably would have lifted this pizza up a few notches. Its all about Seoul doesnt look too appetising, but surprisingly the flavours came together in a decent manner. Ive had a horrible experience with a particular kimchi pizza before where I was actually sick afterwards, but no problems with sickness here. It wasnt very spicy but the kimchi and pickled ginger made a good combo. They probably could have done without the tofu though, as I felt it took away from the pizza rather than adding anything positive.
Not very good. Ordered the supreme and simple margarita but was not happy at all. Very sloppy with loopsided ingredients to one side, uneven crust with globs of greasy cheese. Pizza not prepared with any care and found whole slices of ham strewn about. Wish i would’ve taken photos as I threw it away.
Excellent local gourmet pizza. They won an award for best takeaway from a eating publication last year, so must be doing something right. When you’re sick of the cheap and nasty scant topping ‘majors’, give these guys a call and get some honest decent pizza in to you. Have only tried it once but is definitely our new local favourite.
