Went there earlier today for New Years Day Dinner. Confirmed prior to making a booking that there was no holiday surcharge. When the bill arrived there was a holiday surcharge of $ 3 per person and we were charged $ 22.50 for a pot of green tea!! …which is ridiculous for a restaurant in Castle Hill.Food was satisfactory. Been there before but of late it seems like management is more keen on lining their pockets and milking customers than keeping them satisfied and wanting them to come back. Not sure if that is a viable long term strategy.Also entertainment book voucher was not accepted saying that it was not valid on public holidays (notwithstanding that this was not mentioned on voucher). Needless to say was disappointed and will not be returning. Please check bills before making any payments. There are several other Chinese restaurants in the local area that place a higher emphasis on customer satisfaction.
