catch ups that are good for your soul that coincide with an invite in the same area led me to Coffee Trad3rs Castle Hill today since I started my insta account over two years ago I have been invited to many a cafe or restaurant but have always declined because I am honest sometimes to a fault in any case I need not have worried because James and the crew delivered up not only great coffee, but decent food too James prides himself on farm to table, and supporting the community the coffee is by @sevenmilescoffeeroasters and the barista skills did the beans proud definitely passed my test to order a second, however, I was convinced to sample a secret cold coffee brew that will be on the menu for spring and I loved that too (see my insta story for the money shot) thanks James for the invite to your cafe which is a hidden surprise amongst the industrial strip of Victoria Avenue
Such a lovely Cafe with elegant, beautiful decor and relaxing vibe. Every single dish that I tried was sophisticated, beautifully plated and tasted great. My favourite dishes are the Smashed Avo and Mixed Mushroom Madness. Absolutely the bomb!Coffee was pretty good (from seven miles).
