Fire & Brimstone BBQWe have nothing to fault!!! One of the BEST bbq in the hills! Everything was perfect, from their serving size, to the texture and quality of their meats. To the taste and even there homemade BBQ sauces! We had so many favourite, it so hard to decide. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere was great located on the top floor of the hillside hotel with plenty of seating, open roof and huge television for those who want to watch the game whilst having a meat feast.The amazing mouth watering flavoursome short rib! Doesnt get better than this! This is the perfect serving size along with the cheese sausage and chips! Brisket – 10 hour low and slow smoked black Angus brisket seasoned with with sea salt, pepper and garlic Pork Belly – 8 hour and slow smoked Australia Pork Belly seasoned with one of our secret brimstone spice mixesHot Link – speciality cheesy pork hot linkMac N Cheese – Three cheese Mac n cheese Slaw – house made crunch slaw
