Located among the all Asian cuisine takeaway section of the mall, Jess’ cafe offers a staple of cafe offerings. I have tried all other places here and was looking forward to a burger. The cafe is a regular for so many, I have been to the mall so many times, and the cafe is busy with the locals. This would indicate reasonable quality because this section of the mall is not a thoroughfare. The cakes are what you expect and menu the same. The variety of burgers means I will try the others later. Many people order the toasted sandwiches.
