Coffees are fabulous food is always tasty and they have cronuts or brewnuts whatever you call them they are delicious. Finally a gorgeous cafe in my local!

I have eaten at this cafe three times and each time it has been a disappointment. Yesterday was the final straw : Spinach left in pancakes , Avocado on toast – not toasted and a meagre smattering of feta, drinks took an hour to arrive and then had the order wrong, waiter insisted in shoving each dish under our noses before dropping them on the tableIt’s nice to walk to a local cafe but I think I’ll be taking my custom back to wild pear

I had the avocado on toast and it was quite nice. I went on a saturday and they have quite a cult following with the locals in the area. The customer service is good and they have a good selection of baked goods available.

I second Adrian’s review. I so wanted to like this place as it’s only a walk up from where I live however everytime I’ve tried one of the cakes they have always been off. They are so dry and hard like they’ve been sitting there for days on end. This has happened 5 times!!!!None of the cakes are fresh. How do you expect the business to thrive when you sell that quality. A muffin from Coles is fresher. The food is so disappointing in this place. I’m hoping enough people speak up about it and they do make a change. The quality of the coffee is alright (not fantastic) and would be bearable if the food was good. Go to Castle Towers – there’s a heap of coffee shops better than this one.

First time and last time..Only plus was the staff were friendly which is nice but…The Brioche bun local beef burger was rubbish. the patty was a cheap blend of mashed aussie beef sausage similar to the cheap sausages you buy at the bunnings BBQs. Napkins were dirtyThe lids of the salt and pepper shakers where all corroding of rusted metal. Are you guys serious??? I might aswell have put flaking rust on my chips..And the cronut, I am not joking it was stale like it was kept for a few days they obviously didnt want to throw it away so they thought well be tight asses and try to sell it to someone. To who ever the owners are your doing a poor job overseeing your establishment. Dont be tight asses, you make decent money keep your cafe in order and if anything needs to be replaced because its broken or wearing down then bloody change it.

Fabulous bit of Melbourne tucked away in the otherwise banal Hills District. Superb coffee, gorgeous artisanal sweet and savoury pastries, delicious meals. A busy hub of joy.

Great family run local cafe. Coffee is great & menu range is good & well priced. Parking is plentiful, so takeaway coffee on the way to work or weekend breakfast prior to sport with the family. Highly recommend.
