Open late for Thursday night shopping, a group of us came here for a coffee and to hang out. Its a really nice and comfortable place to relax, and conveniently located in the middle of level 2 towers shopping centre. Our waitress was so lovely and very good, young but very knowledgeable and catered to all our needs. We got a few coffees and a chocolate milkshake and everything was lovely. My particular one in the photo was a soy chai latte – so delicious!! Looking forward to coming back here and trying their food. It was quite late and we were the only ones there, yet our drinks took a while (~20 minutes) Food: 4/5Presentation: 3/5Service: 4/5Location: 4/5

Not great. Very basic and not worth the $s. Ridiculous to charge extra for a condiment on plain toast!! Again, service was ok but nothing special. Plenty of better options around.

Hallumi salad was terrible, it was like a rubber shoe, no flavour what so, you’d never know it was hallumi. Approached wait staff to advise them and ask them what hallumi was used, never came back. Went to pay and no one asked how things were, repeated the hallumi discussion and was told it’s the same hallumi they’ve used for 5 years. No sorry or we’ll check it and ensure quality. I’ll never go back there.Wish it’s checked this app before eating there, I’d never have given them my money. I can’t believe with all these negative reviews they’re still around.

We were greeted by a friendly young waiter but then the waitress who took our order was rather rude. I had the risotto, it was basically inedible. The rice was barely cooked and it tasted like it was made with dirty dish water. This place has really gone down hill

Went here for lunch and was a fairly negative experience overall. I have to say the waitress who served us was friendly and polite and the seating was comfortable. We ordered two Waygu cheeseburgers and a chicken burger. We know that some places serve Waygu burgers pink in the middle, so we checked before we ordered that this wouldn’t be the case and were assured that they would be cooked right through (no pink in the middle). The iced teas were ordered to drink were delicious, not too sweet and made on the premises. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive review ends. When the cheeseburgers arrived they were were dark pink on the inside and we sent them back to be cooked the way we’d requested originally. They came back again, with the fries now cold and the original burger buns (which were now quite soggy). One burger was now just passable, only faintly pink, but the other was still quite pink in the middle and my daughter still wasn’t able to eat it, so we sent it back again, asking for it to be fixed. When it was brought back it was no different. By this time, one of us had finished lunch, the second was nearly finished and my daughter hadn’t had any lunch at all. The last time her burger came back there was no change and we gave up – she couldn’t even look at the burger any more. We left and the place at least didn’t charge us for either cheeseburger. We certainly wouldn’t have been willing to pay for the one that wasn’t eaten. We certainly won’t be going back, especially after reading some of the other reviews here.

Waited for an hour for the meal. The waitress couldn’t say what the holdup was. She said maybe it was because they had a new chef. Garlic bread was brought out 10 minutes before the meal. The meal was incorrect – linguini bolognaise instead of spaghetti bolognaise. When I complained to the manager she said there wasn’t any difference. Poor service, incorrect order, long wait time and a rude manager. Not a good experience!
