Blanchies Cafe & Diner opens 7 days a week from 8am serving fresh, locally sourced breakfast and lunch with a range of organic and keto meals avalible. Every item on the Blanchies menu is avalible gluten free and further dietary requirments can be met. All of Blanchies meals are prepared fresh with the finest ingrediants from local producers because we believe in supporting our local farmers. We only use free range, eggs from Singleton, fair trade, organic coffee roasted in Newcastle and we deal directly with dairy farmers to ensure not only the best quality product, but a fair price for our farmers.
