Casuarina Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant, originally made famous by master chef Peter Meier, and a dedicated team, for a menu that included flamb meals and desserts. Housed in a heritage dining room, the elegant space and spectacular food combine to something truly memorable. Our purpose is to offer our guests a dining experience that is synonymous with elegance. The newly renovated dining room and bar have been modernised with a nod to the buildings heritage, featuring dark vaulted ceilings and stunning modern chandeliers. Casuarina has a long history of exceptional food and wine service, and has been a multi award winning restaurant.
