Modern contemporary Italian created by hatted Executive Chef Cameron Matthews. Cam, as hes fondly known as at Spicers, spent his first ten years as a Chef in an Italian kitchen and after months of connecting with local producers and trialling one of a kind dishes the remo experience is set to be exceptional. The menu will be complemented by a well-travelled wine list, including some of the Hunter Valleys best vintages and a selection of those from further a field. Our stunning private dining room can be booked for up to 14 guests (minimum spend required).
