I was given a $200 voucher from four guests at my wedding. They changed their policy for it to last 3 years three months after purchased. We tried to book in two years after purchase and they denied us using it and pocketed the money unashamedly. This to me is a disgrace to not offer a service even when we requested using up to 50% of the voucher. Hospitality is an industry that should consider the customer especially when that money was paid on our behalf and not honored.
Wow! Next level dining in the Hunter Valley. This restaurant is truly beautiful and the epitome of the Hunter Valley, large open areas with views of the kitchen, winery next door and out the window is beautiful paddocks and greenery. Ahhh the serenity. Every dish was truly incredible and I haven’t felt this way about a restaurant in a long time. But they nailed every dish. We only did 3 courses too! Would love to go back for more.
We had the two course lunch menu. Food was amazing and wine selection was great. I think whatever dish you order at this restaurant will be amazing. Definitely get the coconut dessert if you go here.Great friendly service.
Came in for dinner on a cool autumn evening. Restaurant was dimly lit, spacious with a modern decor. A curated vegan menu for my dining partner was very thoughtfully put together and we very much had an experience that was shared.Service was warm and attentive, we were assisted in picking a while that would compliment all of our dishes. The food is presented neatly, with beautiful plates in earthy tones. I really enjoy how the dishes embrace texture, particularly contrasting textures, evident in the eggplant and goats cheese entree. An homage to eggplant with 3 different ways of eating eggplant. The lamb breast dish was tender and was charred on the outside, adding a nice touch that contrasted well with the flavor of the beetroot. The cheese course was a goats cheese, with honey and crunchy pecan pieces. It melted in the mouth and the flavors harmonised so well. One of the nicest cheese dishes I’ve ever had.The muse coconut was beautifully presented, fun to eat and was tasty.Muse is truly an excellent restaurant, with dishes that are delicious and well presented, while realising the importance of texture and conveying a great respect for the ingredients.Even if you are not passing through the Hunter Valley, Muse is well worth the trip.
