Almost everyone luvs macca, cept for the most extreme health conscious. To some, it is an indulgence. To others, a staple. It, therefore, pains me to give this outlet a 1.5/5. I hope the franchisee/manager reads this or head office (if company owned). Lackadaisical attitude from most staff members n poorly trained in product knowledge, dont get me started on the baristas. Each n every time i am there, my double macc was served luke warm. One time another customer made a scene complaining n the lady manager had to attend to him then swung by to ask me if everything was ‘alright’. Not wanting to create more grief for her, i said fine, except my almost cold macc with a smile. 2 min later, she replaced it w a piping hot one. There is only so much that the manager on duty can do, sadly, to cover for the incompetence of the rest of the staff.
