The Secret Bunker name comes from an old army bunker like shed which if you've been in the backyard you would have seen but never noticed, as was camouflaged. With lots of love you will notice an old rustic building by day and a unique dining experience of a night. There is no question that A la carte restaurants at the northern end of the coast are few and far between. So we wanted a restaurant that is a special place for everyone to come for quality dinners, quality wines, quality desserts and world class service. The best part is that it's local, you don't have to travel 45 minutes to the Hunter Valley or the southern end of the Coast to have that special dining moment. Our wonderful chef Glenn Barber, has his own unique taste, utilising the best fresh and local ingredients into something magical that will tantalise your taste buds. From the paddocks to the sea, Glenn has the talent and experience to make you smile, leaving lasting memories that will make you, like many others return over and over again. Bookings are essential, as "The Secret Bunker's" popularity no longer makes it a Secret.
