Walked into the cafe, the main man was on his phone and didn’t notice me(standing next to him) said hi excuses me and he was very rude. I asked for a skim cap when it came to the table I confirmed with the waitress that it was skim, she said it wasn’t and took it back. It then came back extremely steaming, weak and milky with no froth like they had tipped half out and then put it in the microwave. I walk past quite frequently, the main man never smiles, and it is always empty

Very slow service – things missing our of dishes – ordered a very simple Salmon Croissant – took 40 minutes to arrive – and was missing the Avocado – sent it back – it took another 10 minutes to the avocado added!
Sept 2019 – Fathers’ Day breakfast and no table booking all good. However, 55minutes later food arrives (standard breakfast order eggs & bacon arrives) after apologies about being busy and attending to booked table orders first!! Food OK but luke warm and after the extremely long wait chose not to bring it to staff’s attention but to vent my displeasure on social media. Not a pleasant breakfast at all.
Just awful unfortunately. Terrible service. Some of our group had to wait more than an hour AFTER the first dishes were served. Eventually gave up in frustration. Owner didn’t seem to care. This place will go out of business if they don’t lift their game. Go somewhere else.
