My favourite coffee shop that makes the best cappuccino! As a UTS student I do have to run from one building to another, in middle of that running I somehow manage to grab some delicious food from this place. Try the Pho and the beef sandwich it’s legitimately mouth watering And if you’re lucky enough you might even get the opportunity to eat their famous egg salad(god it sells fast)! Highly recommend place for everyone especially students.
Coffee is fabulous – the flat white is consistently great quality. Plus they use Bonsoy (the best soy milk for coffee!). Service is friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. Have had the rice paper rolls a few times and they were yum. Decor is clean but not inspiring. Only in Sydney for a week and will miss this place when I’m gone.

The rice paper rolls are nice! Everything else is average and more expensive than it should be. Although the banana bread is nice and thick. However the staff are not friendly at all which is what really brings this place down.
Good value & nice people. Nice people and cheap food.All the food is prepared fresh daily. Their laksas and beef vermicelli dishes are pretty good value for less than $9. Coffee from cafe 10 is also pretty good.Best Banh mi in Ultimo too.
Fresh, great variety and friendly service. Great local cafe, does a roaring trade. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Lots of options, including usual cafe food, salads, sandwiches, pastries etc. also a great range of Vietnamese foods – fabulous soups and rice paper rolls a speciality. Reasonable prices, best in the area for breakfast and lunches.
Great staff and wonderful variety of fab food. Chicken pho, rice paper rolls and chicken roll are my favourites.
