Came in for dinner on the third night after shopping. Wagyu was soft and melted in mouth. Salad bowls were quite big. Eggplant miso was new to me and it tasted really good, highly recommend. Customer service was good.

The food here is phenomenal but the service was next level. When I asked for the Gyusha Red Eye, the manager said they were out of tomato juice. However, he sent his chef to the market to get a bottle. That’s incredible service!! Thank you!

Gyūsha brings high-quality wagyu beef direct from the local Dubbo family farm for customers to choose and grill themselves at their BBQ table or to take home to cook. Here at Gyūsha, we have the total control and select our cut of wagyu meat!A great place to try the premium wagyu beef. We note their wagyu beef is not heavily flavoured with marinade sauce like other Japanese BBQ restaurants, so we can really taste the natural flavour of the cut. They also offer sushi and seafood options. Highly recommend their sushi as well. Very fresh and delicious. As this is a self-serve restaurant, you can exercise portion control. The cocktails and desserts are very good too. Gyusha just launched an All-You-Can-Eat wagyu and sushi buffet. Between 15/11-30/11, customers can receive 10% off.

Reasonable price, clean and open kitchen. Nice bbq smell in the restaurant!

Great menu, love the caramel pudding made by one of the chef. Would give 5 star if charcoal grill was available.

Great service and great quality wagyu! Will definitely visit again!

Gyusha is an amazing yakiniku restaurant! We decided to choose the a la carte option and it was delicious. My favourite menu items were definitely the wagyu rib finger and the wagyu chuck roll. Both were incredibly soft and marbled! Other highlight menu items included the karaage and the tuna sashimi. Definitely coming back and might try the buffet option next time!
