Came here because a friend mentioned that they did Baked Camembert, which is impossible for me to turn down. It’s a really nice little bar located a short walk from Central, on the way to Broadway Shopping Centre. The decor is quite nice and charming, and the music was a good volume to actually be able to a conversation during. We of course ordered the Camembert, which was exactly what I wanted after a long day. The cheese was perfect, with rosemary on top and honey coating the bottom and sides. It came with crackers, pear slices and walnuts, which was great to nibble on while chatting. We also got their hot dogs, which were fantastic but a bit expensive. The sausage was super tasty and the toppings of cucumber, prawn and house made mayonnaise was superb. I didn’t end up trying any of their cocktails although I had my eye on a few. Mainly because I was waaay too hungry at the beginning for drinks and then I was too full! Definitely going to go back there and try one at some point!
