A wonderful venue for a spot of brunch! Located on George Street, this cafe is amongst an area which definitely a foodie area now in Chippendale. Service was pleasant and efficient.I went with a friend to try their delicious sounding food and drink. I couldnt go past the Smoked Wagyu Brisket Hash which is served with a couple of fried eggs and some house chilli ketchup. This was a lovely fry up of tender brisket and crisp chunks of potato. My friend had the Omelette Arnold Bennet, which had some creamy scrambled Kangaroo Island eggs, served with smoked haddock and cheese sauce as well as toast with Pepe Saya butter. He had commented it would be his top if not one of his top brunch dishes of the year. They use Tobys Estate coffee which is a smooth blend and very drinkable. If youre in the area its definitely worth trying this place out.

There are a lot of mediocre venues serving booze and food around Central and UTS but this one stands out.We went in for just some nibble but got a nice welcome with sparkling water. Key to my heart is, gimme complimentary sparkling water on arrival and I will be your regular customer. We didnt dig deep into the food and wine, the selection looked spectacular by the way – we will try it next time.We got stuck to the beers, which were very crafty and loved the entire vibe of the place.See you soon for another round of good food and wines.
