Went to the Chippo to watch a couple of games of footy before going to a show in the downstairs room. At some point the bar dude came and asked if we could move as people had booked the area we were in. No biggie. However the dude proceeded to give us a jug of beer as a sweetener on the deal and came over very apologetic. Huge win in the customer service ranks.
