Have not been here in around 10 years! Pub has not changed much, still grungy as ever. Went to try Marys pizza (from Marys burgers Newtown) and boy they did not disappoint! Fing tasty! Bronx style deep dish.. crusty edges, soft inner and very well balanced tops… salty AF And brilliant! Yum
I said yes! Cool pub vibe. Great music. I was lucky to come on a night where the chef was testing a new vegetarian pizza!I got stuck into it and was pleased. It was a square, almost quiche like pizza with a fluffy dough and crispy edges. The filling was cheesy and very generous with Mediterranean veges. I have a thumbs up to the staff member.We then decided to finish it off with the ‘Wu Tang’ Strawberry Cheesecake. Perfectly creamy and a delicious tangy lemon hit. Oh my dear. Heavenly.
