Deelicious!! We had the hot smoked salmon salad, the tuna poke bowl and the kingfish crudo. Oh my sweet baby Jesus. I could have licked each of the plates clean. The kingfish in particular was exceptional, it had a Japanese dressing which was super tasty. The venue itself is really nice, good beer garden, plenty of seating and all the staff were really lovely to us. Hats off to the chef!
Ordered the fried buttermilk chicken burger. Comes with fries at $20. Looks really good but unfortunately doesn’t taste very nice. The meat is thigh or drumstick, quite greasy. The whole burger is really greasy and the fries are mediocre as well. Wouldn’t order again.
Head down on a Sunday afternoon for a drink, late lunch and to catch the game on TV. This place has something on the menu for everyone and room to spare. Get there early in the afternoon to grab a table outside and kick back in this relaxing setting. Family friendly.. Will definitely be a mainstay now that Spring is here.
The menu and the prices are a let down. This is such a great pub in a great location it just needs to get the food right. It would also help if it got the sound levels right, most of the time I have to yell to the person next to me to have a conversation
Unbelievable, I do not understand how they could even serve that food.Only 5 ingredients on my salad ($23) and it came out with 4 ingredients and no dressing, how hard would have it been to get that right. Chicken burger and fries would have tasted better from McDonalds. Fish ‘n chips dripping in fat $26. Good place to drink, but bar service was poor. Why would anyone go to Cloey when the Pavilion is just down the road.
Worst pub food I have ever had. More expensive than a restaurant too. Couldn’t even change my side dishes, what kind of chef/staff can’t manage to fix up a separate side dish. Ribs were tough as leather and about 1 portion of meat to 5 portions fat. Sides were cold when they came out, what a joke. I want to sue this establishment for fraud
Beautiful hotel with relaxing environment and cool atmosphere. This place has lots of different areas where to sit and relax. The outside garden is very pretty and very hip. The main dining area is bright and airy and the food is great. I highly recommend the seafood platter and the beef ribs!
