Walter's Bistro is located within Cex Woolgoolga Bowling Club. We offer a delicious selection of both Chinese and western cuisines. Walter Hui our head chef has won multiple awards for his culinary skills, including the bronze medal at the 6th Annual World Championship of Chinese Cuisine in Beijing. With a fusion style of cooking while also using authentic Chinese techniques, we use fresh and local ingredients whenever possible.
