Was after a quick, light lunch and a freshly made Vietnamese pork roll from Concord Bakehouse totally fit the bill. Great value at $5 and the buns are super fresh; crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We ate at one of the tables outside and their pork rolls are obviously popular because the takeaway queue didn’t subside at all the entire time we were there. Also got a cheese bread and couple of pies to go and the total bill came to $13.50 – bargain!
I haven’t had all that many pork rolls so no expert, but what tastes good, tastes good right?At $5 it’s a good snack or light lunch to have. I say light because I could easily have two for a meal. Bread was soft, right amount of sauce and veggies. Nice coriander to break it up. It wasn’t chilli enough though, so perhaps ask for more if you can handle the heat.Staff/owners were the absolute friendliest and welcoming. If I’m in the area feeling like a snack, will definitely make sure to grab another one (or two)!

This local offers a large range of freshly baked breads and desserts. I recommend you to try their almond croissant which is very sweet and delicious. Also you must try their meat pies which are good for brekky or lunch!!!
