I used to go to the William St branch ten years ago and it seems the price is still the same – $43 for all-you-can-eat BBQ is now good value. Steak, chicken, lamb, pork, chicken hearts (they used to have to force them on you, now it seems everyone’s clamouring for them), all cooked well and often with sauce, even the veges and sides seemed to have improved. They have a decent wine list of South American offerings. It really is the place to go for serious meat poisoning, although then you can go and recover in their remarkably nice wood-panelled toilet stalls with full-length doors.

Recently dined in this resto for a birthday celebration. This place deserves a 4 star rating. My sister made a reservation for 6 pm when we arrived the place was already packed. If you are planning to dine here make sure to book a table and come early because it is in the busy part of Coogee and parking is a challenge not to mention that the road in front of the restaurant is under construction.Anyway, the place was bustling and we were ushered by the staff to our table. She explained how the dining works and the service started. Sides were served immediately. One salad worth mentioning is the rocket salad. I’m not a big fan of the bitter rocket but sweetness or the dressing made this salad my favorite for the night. Forget about the usual caesar salad. The cheese balls too were awesome perfectly pairs with the dipping sauce they provide on the table. As for the grilled items, winners of the night was chorizo and chicken wrapped in bacon. We also can’t get enough of the fried banana. goodness it was heaven in my mouth. The crunchy cinnamon and sugar coating makes a simple banana rise up to a superstar level.Service was fast and good. Every meat served were all cooked well and hot. Sorry no pics were too busy chewing and waiting for the next meat. mypostcardtrail.com
