Nice place for a drink overlooking the beach. Huge restaurant, would be good for big groups, family dinners and watching footy. Family friendly. Service was fine, nothing special. Beach style decor, bright and colourful. Comfy seating. Sit on the windowsill and people watch. Good variety of drinks. Had a bowl of chips with our drinks, which were okay, but too much oil and salt made them taste more like oil than potato. Prices to be expected as youre overlooking the beach.

Atmosphere is cool, beach, but very busy. Order at the counter, as its not table service. Reservations are a good idea during warmer months. Have been here before and the chicken wings are fantastic and the burgers are good. The market fish was disappointing though. The fish tasted as though it had been steamed and then fried on the pan, which isnt desirable. Seasoning with the fish and the salad were a bit off the mark today. My husband had the bay beef burger however, and that was quite good.

We went there on a Monday night – two for one meals – which went down a treat. We were there taking a school basketball team there. Most of the boys had parmagianas which were devoured quickly. Coaches had T-bone steaks. Unfortunately they were a little over cooked. Mostly happy with the meals, particularly due to the half priced meals. Would have been a little different if we had to pay the full quota. Amazing spot for a beer though

Below average pub food with an above average priced menu. The sad thing is that this is a beautiful outdoor venue with great views. It’s a shame that the food is average and the service is rubbish

The perfect entree to any meal is beer. Then the food is pretty good. This is just a pub, so I don’t know what many of you people are expecting. It certainly doesn’t advertise itself as a gastro-pub, which is probably wise considering the Incident that occurred here many years ago.

One of the worst meals I’ve had in the past 10 years. Good beer garden. But awful food. Cheap ingredients, poorly slapped together. Unless you want a bowl of chips… Avoid

Love this place, so lucky to have this pub as my local! Cold beer and friendly faces. Good menu and and there is always something happening. Great country Australia!
