Staff lacking in insight. Seemed a relaxed and awesome place to enjoy some time, as it filled up fast we were happy to head outside and my partner started to turn on the patio heater. Instead of offering some help (not a big deal as my partner can turn on a patio heater, most people can) the staff person (possibly owner?) made comments that he should touch things if he doesnt know what he is doing, made a scene in front of another customer etc, anyway he made a huge deal of nothing, it was patronising, uncomfortable, unneccassary and strange. Control freak. We left. Why not just provide customer service and ask to give a hand? Have a bit if insight mate.

I ordered the shepards pie which was a bowl of potato mash with the smallest amount of token mince and peas, I have had better from a food truck on the side of the road. My girlfriend ordered the rump steak which was also pathetic and way over cooked.this place cant even get the simple stuff right so definately will not be returning. Dont waste your evening or money here.
Like the food but over zealous security staff. Had I nice meal enjoying a few drinks but the head of security there was over the top. He was the only thing that needed to be changed.

Nothing lasts forever. Used to really enjoy the steaks. Last couple of times had three bites of meat and the rest grizzle, fat and bone. Im not exaggerating. I really wish it were different.
Awww yeah, not bad, good atmosphere, quick to get my food, good chicken Parma 🙂 good service. Will go back again.
