We just tried this cafe last week and I was surprised, their coffee and food are not bad! Service is average and price is fine. Not bad for an after a nightshift breakfast.
Breakfast was gorgeous. It was called a tasting board. The flavours were a bit Turkish / Egyptian / Middle East. It had boiled egg, dukkah (which is a dry spice mix to dip), smashed avocado, grilled haloumi (cheese), olive oil w balsamic, a fantastic goat cheese, sweet potato crisps, murcilla (really sensational black pudding fried in very tasty batter), grilled sour Dough with amazing olive oil drizzled. Little bites to share!
My go to place for breakfast/brunch at the moment. Food is good, coffee good and the cakes are great. The view of the park and passerby’s make it a plus.
Always have a great meal here! Plenty of variety and the coffee is always on point! Starting to become my go to breakfast spot in Cronulla. Highly recommended
Quite disappointed by my meal here today. My friend and I both ordered the shakshuka. I have had 2 amazing Shakshuka’s before so it was going to take a lot to beat this one but it didn’t even come close. The entire meal lacked flavour. The tomato salsa wasn’t tomatoey enough and I didn’t enjoy the inclusion of goats cheese (although this is just personal preference). My friends eggs were also quite undercooked, to the point where the egg white was actually runny. It was $16 which is the same price as the Shakshuka at Shuk which is almost double the size. Service however was very friendly but sorry, I won’t be visiting again.
Very enjoyable breakfast today. Simple, stylish and tasty. Avocado cherry tomatoes sourdough toast & balsamic, I added a perfectly poached egg – served in 10 mins. A lovely, rich espresso (Ecuadorian single origin) made for a great start to the day. Friendly, attentive staff added to the experience. Will definitely go back to try more of the interesting menu. Yum!
